Thanks to the folks over at AnyTone I have just rec’d the new AT-588UV mobile radio.
I’ll be unboxing it and doing some basic tests tonight and going more in depth by the end of the week.

How did you find the AT-588UV? I take it its the dual band version? I have the AT-588U and find the audio distorted, am experimenting with different extension speakers.

I just posted my initial thoughts after unboxing. It is the dual band version. I found the audio to be a bit mediocre but I haven’t really done extensive testing.
