Well here is my house on the web.

I’ve been interested in Ham Radio for almost 20 years now since I got into CB.  I got licensed in November 2003 and have been enjoying it ever since.

Some of the things in the hobby that I love the most is IRLP, Contesting, Digital modes, including D-Star.
My station is comprised of an IC-7000, IC-821h, IC-746, VX-7R, IC-91AD, Many Wouxun/Puxing Radios and a multitude of scanners and other VHF/UHF handhelds.

Recently I have acquired a Wouxun KG-UV920R that I am trying to figure out all the bugs.

Does anyone have the data cable pinout of the KG-UV929P-E ?.
i had a quick look of it and i saw that from the rj45 connector only 4 pins are used than the cable end to an usb device that for my personal opinion is only an usb/serial adapter.
so should be possible to connect straight the rj45 to a serial port, but obviously a wiring diagram is needed.
    Thanks in advance

I just found your site, and wanted to ask you what the 920p files are used for. I use RT Systems, and I’m just learning the 920p as I move more into the Hamosphere

Sorry Robert I never saw this comment till now.

They are the programming software for the various version of the 920 that are out there. RT Systems definately makes it nice and easy to program for sure.
